Scope and purpose
We process your name, e-mail address and — optionally — your phone number and the content of your message, solely in order to reply to your enquiry.
Legal basis
The basis is the consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in conducting correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention period
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up correspondence, and no longer than 24 months from the last contact.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority.
Recipients of the data
Messages from the form are delivered by Resend (e-mail sending service), bot protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, and the site is hosted by Vercel. These providers process the data only to the extent necessary to deliver those services.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for marketing or tracking. Visit statistics are collected in anonymised form, without cookies.
